• The first and easiest way to save on the cost of shipping is to have multiple tanks delivered to a single location. The first tank within an order will be charged at the full shipping rate but every additional tank will ship for only half the shipping rate. So, if you can find friends or family to order a tank along with you, then you can cut the cost of shipping in half for every additional tank ordered. This pricing structure applies for orders up to 10 tanks.
  
  
• The second way to save is by organizing a BULK ORDER. By definition a bulk order is 10+ tanks all delivered to a single location. In many cases, shipping is FREE on bulk orders. In all cases shipping prices will be drastically reduced on bulk-orders. Here is a list of the states where shipping is free for bulk-orders: WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, NM, TX, ID, UT, CO, & WY. Shipping Basics

Sure Water Tanks are shipped on LTL carries such as Yellow, SAIA or Central Freight. Each tank is wrapped in cardboard and plastic and then strapped to a wooden pallet.

At the point that your tank(s) is loaded onto the carrier’s trailer, then the shipping company takes physical and financial ownership of the tank. Any damage incurred in the shipping process must be resolved between you, the customer, and the shipping company. PLEASE thoroughly inspect your tank(s) upon delivery and refuse any delivery of damaged items. If you sign for the delivery it is implied that the tank was in good condition. It is difficult to later resolve issues regarding damaged goods.

Shipping Costs

Our sincere apologies if you've noticed the recent increases in the cost of shipping. We know that as a general rule our rates are much lower than you can find anywhere else for this type of delivery. We are doing all that we can to keep the prices down. Our shipping costs are influenced by four main factors:

• The cost of oil and fuel prices.
• That many of our deliveries are to private residences.
• The distance from our manufacturing location to your home.
• The location of your home in relation to national shipping routes.
